Rob Parker has nearly thirty years of experience in organizational leadership on a local, national and international level, including eighteen years as a Chief Executive Officer. During his professional career Rob has worked closely with Fortune 500 CEO’s, major philanthropists, sports and entertainment figures, foundation leaders, social-venture funders, and government officials in the US, and around the world.
Rob served as Chief Executive Officer of Kiwanis International where he provided leadership to 80,000 paid and volunteer staff leaders in the US, Europe, Asia, South Pacific, Latin America, Canada and the Caribbean.
Prior to Kiwanis he served as the Chief Development Officer for Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) where he helped raise millions of dollars annually for this highly respected non-profit with four million members and total combined budgets of $1.2 billion. Before joining the BGCA Senior Management Team, Rob served as the CEO of local Boys & Girls Club operations in Washington, California and Texas.
Rob and his wife Stephanie have two children and three grandchildren and work together on projects for their local church and their favorite charities.
